Bank-grade token issuance platform.
Problem: An issuance platform needed to scale across networks with bank-grade custody, without rewriting its contracts for every chain.
What we did: Implemented the ERC-2535 Diamond Proxy architecture for modular, upgradeable contracts, expanded it to 10+ networks across EVM chains plus Stellar and XRPL with key-management and custody integrations, and coordinated security audits by CertiK, Quantstamp, Chainsulting, and AuditOne.
Result: A no-code issuance platform live on 10+ networks, supporting $1B+ in assets tokenized.

European bank, tokenized-securities pilot.
Problem: A European bank wanted to issue, settle, and custody tokenized retail structured products inside its own systems.
What we did: Worked on the DLT pilot end-to-end, from issuance, settlement, and custody, including DLT-protocol selection, custody vendors, and key-management architecture, integrated with the bank’s existing stack.
Result: A pilot architecture the bank’s own teams could execute against.

Problem: A multi-country EU programme needed privacy-preserving energy tokenization and a secondary marketplace for the issued tokens.
What we did: Delivered ERC-20/721/1155 tokenization and payments, homomorphic encryption and MPC for private P2P order matching, and gamification to drive participation, piloted across Spain, Italy, and other EU countries.
Result: +25% local renewable consumption.

Problem: An AI-enhanced token-discovery platform needed a backend that could operate at scale from day one.
What we did: Architected the event-driven/CQRS backend foundation, the notification and email system, and the initial frontend design system.
